Gene Bruno is the Dean of Academics for Huntington College of Health Sciences, a nationally accredited distance learning college offering diplomas and degrees in nutrition and other health science related subjects. Gene has 2 Diplomas in Nutrition, Bachelors of Applied Science in Nutrition, a Master of Science in Nutrition, a Graduate Diploma in Herbal Medicine, and a Master of Health Science in Herbal Medicine. He is currently working on a Ph.D.
For 30 years, Gene has provided professional services to the Nutrition/Herbal and Natural Products industries, as well as to the public. These services include education and training for retail natural products stores and Health Care Professionals; Clinical Nutrition/Medical Herbalism in Chiropractic, Mental Health and Corporate facilities; and the research, formulation and development of natural products for more than a dozen Dietary Supplement companies in the United States and Canada.
His articles on nutrition, herbal medicine, Nutraceuticals and integrative health issues have been published in a variety of trade and consumer magazines, as well as peer-reviewed journals and newsletters. Gene is also the author of “Ailments & Natural Remedies”, and the co-author of “Medicinal Herb Primer” and “Dietary Supplement & Drug Interactions Primer”.

The M2Power team is led by Ms. Ester Horowitz, MBA, CMC. Entrepreneur and Author of “The Blatant Truth about Owning a Medical Practice: Rx for Practice Owners”, as well as numerous national articles such as “The Death of Dr. CEO.”
Ms. Horowitz has 25 years of experience working with emerging and growing health enterprises introducing and expanding products and services in the market place. Recently Ms. Horowitz launched a new program helping owners interested in selling their practices maximize practice value to gain greater monetary rewards.
Selected as a business trainer for the KIP Report’s Learning Resource Center in Manhattan, Ms. Horowitz also teaches and counsels owners of small business and medical practices at the MAESTRO Business Academy. Additionally she serves as a board member for small businesses and non-profit organizations, is a member of MGMA, and was recognized by the Women’s Hall of Fame for her contributions to business and the community.
Dr. Arthur M. Presser
Arthur M. Presser, PharmD, DHPh, is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy and the Curriculum Coordinator of the Complimentary and Alternative Medicine Program. After beginning his career in conventional pharmacy in 1969, Dr. Presser switched his focus to integrative medicine in 1980.
Dr. Presser is the author of three books in this field, including the Pharmacist’s Guide to Medicinal Herbs, The Nature Pharmacist’s Vitamin Primer and The Medicinal Herb Primer (co-author); his work has also been featured in numerous health magazines and newsletters. He is a frequent guest lecturer on complementary and alternative medicine for Consumers, Retailers and Health Professionals, and has appeared on many Television and Radio shows.
Dr. Presser has been deeply involved in the Dietary Supplement industry and has consulted to various manufacturing companies. He believes this is the ideal way to extend his expertise and counsel on the proper use of safe and effective products. He also consults with medical professionals on integrating natural products into their patients’ care.
Presser has committed himself to spending more time educating consumers, retailers, and health professionals alike in the safe use of nutrients and herbals to promote a higher level of wellness. To this end he is currently also the President of Huntington College of Health Sciences, a fully accredited distance learning institution.
Marina I. Peredo, MD, FAAD
Dr. Peredo is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Peredo has been in private practice since 1995 and she is the founder and medical director of Spatique, a medical spa. Dr. Peredo is on Staff at St. Catherine of Siena Hospital and an associate professor at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, teaching cosmetic clinic.
After graduating from Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Dr. Peredo completed her medical internship at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center and her dermatology residency at New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical College.
Dr. Peredo’s expertise focuses on cosmetic dermatology, including facial rejuvenation (Botox®, filler injections and laser surgery) as well as body contouring (Lipo-Lite laser procedure). Dr. Peredo combines state of the art techniques with highest level of individualized patient care.
Dr. Peredo has appeared on the television show The View and Telemundo and is currently featured in New Beauty magazine and has been featured in El Diario and hora Hispana. Dr. Peredo is a National Education Faculty trainer for Allergan and a trainer for Medicis Aesthetics. She conducts numerous clinical studies and frequently lectures to other physicians.
As a member of the Skin Cancer Foundation, Dr. Peredo has provided complimentary skin cancer screening for Winthrop Hospital and Allure magazine. She has done pro bono work with ‘Beyond our Borders’, a non-profit organization that provides medical care for underprivileged children from the developing world.
Dr. Peredo is fluent in Russian and Spanish.
